Exchanges and Returns

You can return your order up to 14 days after receiving it, and we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within five business days after receiving the return. Easy returns in three simple steps:

Step 1: Fill out the return form

Download the return form here and complete it in full.

Step 2: Send your order back

Send the items along with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure to include a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive your refund

Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within five business days.

Please note: Returns must be in their original condition and packaging. Any return shipping costs are at your expense unless stated otherwise.
