Orders and Delivery

Q: When can I expect my order?
A: The average delivery time is 5-10 days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. Due to this unique business model, we can save significantly on storage and transport costs, allowing us to offer products at a lower price than our competitors and cover the shipping costs ourselves.

Q: The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?!
A: In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, there may be occasional delays in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the following link: [LINK TO TRACK AND TRACE PAGE] . If you haven't received your order 3 days after the expected delivery time, please contact us.

Q: I'm missing some products from my order, why is that?
A: Because we work with different suppliers, products may be shipped separately. If there are missing items from your order, you will typically receive them within 2-3 days. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: We cover the shipping costs for your order.*

Exchanges and Returns

Q: I'm not satisfied with my order, can I return it?
A: Yes. You can return any order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Q: I want to return an item, what should I do?
A: If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 14 days after receiving it. Products must be returned in their original condition, with labels and tags still attached. The product must not show any signs of use. A return shipment must always include a Track & Trace code. The sender is responsible for the shipping. Once we have received the returned items, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 14 days.

Track and Trace

Q: Where can I find my Track and Trace code?
A: You can find it on this page [LINK TO TRACK YOUR ORDER PAGE] , where you can enter your email address and order number to track your package.

Q: The Track and Trace code doesn't provide any information, what can I do?
A: The Track and Trace information becomes available once your package has arrived at the postal company. Please note that there might be some delays in updating the information.
